A measles outbreak in Texas continues to gain steam. Dr. Jennifer Shuford, who heads State Health Services, says there are now 158 cases. That’s one-dozen more than what was reported on Friday. She says they’re surging resources into West Texas. That’s the epicenter of the outbreak. The vaccination rate in tiny Gaines County is the lowest in the state.
