The University of Texas-Rio Grande Valley football team is holding its first spring practices. The team began practice on Monday, working on offensive and defensive packages.
The team will have an open spring practice at PSJA Stadium in Pharr on March 29th. The Vaqueros will have a total of 15 practices before the team’s first spring game on April 17th.
