TikTok is rolling out new features it says will keep younger users safe. The social media platform is facing a potential ban in the U.S. next month over national security concerns.
The new features allow parents to limit the amount of time their children spend on the app. The new parental tools are an expansion of TikTok’s existing Family Pairing feature, which links the app on a child’s smartphone to their parents.
