A man has been arrested for a pursuit and crash that happened in San Juan last week.
Police began searching for 58-year-old Jose Luna last Wednesday after he allegedly took his ex-girlfriend’s car by force in a McDonald’s parking lot. A pursuit led to a four-vehicle crash that injured several people, including a police officer.
Luna was arrested Friday in Pharr and charged with robbery, child endangerment, evading arrest, resisting arrest and assault on a peace officer. His bond was set at 475-thousand dollars.
