(Boca Chica, TX) — An environmental group has dropped its lawsuit against SpaceX. Lawyers for Save RGV filed paperwork to dismiss their federal lawsuit against the company yesterday. The lawsuit accused the company of dumping industrial wastewater into tidal flats around its launch site without the proper permits. The decision to drop the suit came after the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality granted a wastewater discharge permit to SpaceX last week.
