Rio Hondo’s city manager has been arrested. KVEO-TV reports that Benancio Medina has been charged with multiple counts of tampering with evidence and improper influence.
City officials did not comment on the reason for Medina’s arrest. Medina was reportedly still in jail yesterday following his arrest.
