The Texas Senate has passed their version of a school voucher bill, allowing parents to use their tax dollars to send their kids to private school.
State Senator Brandon Creighton slammed those who say this will only benefit the rich, who already have their kids in an expensive school. He claims it simply expands access to everyone. It now heads to the State House, where similar legislation hit a brick wall two years ago.
