A man is facing capital murder charges after allegedly choking his brother to death. Twenty-four-year-old Brandon Garza of Pharr was arrested Thursday following the death of his seven-year-old brother.
Police officers said Garza had blood stains on his shirt and forehead when they found him in the 900 block of West Caffrey Avenue around 3 a.m. Thursday.
Garza reportedly told investigators that he punched and choked his brother after an argument. He’s being held on a two-million-dollar bond.
