Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton is suing TikTok again. Paxton filed suit on Thursday against the social media platform for the second time in the past few months.

The lawsuit claims TikTok exposes children to explicit material and violates deceptive trade law by de-emphasizing its addictiveness. Various app stores list TikTok as appropriate for users who are 12 or 13 and older.

The lawsuit lists several TikTok posts that reportedly provide ways to use an in-app browser to bypass parental controls on smartphones.
