Non Citizen Voting

There’s a push to change the Texas Constitution, banning non-citizens from voting. State Representative Candy Noble filed the bill. She says, under state law, there are three classes of people who are deemed ineligible to vote. They include people who are too young, people deemed incompetent by the courts and people convicted of certain felonies. The legislation would add “non-citizens” to the list. Fifteen states have enacted similar changes
