The McAllen Police Department is identifying the two people killed in a motorcycle crash last week. Seventy-six-year-old Evelyn Baarda and 78-year-old Dale Baarda died in the crash last Friday on South Tenth Street.
The motorcycle reported fell on the elderly couple after the crash. The driver of the Buick SUV that was also involved in the crash was arrested for not having a license and could face additional charges.
