The city of McAllen is asking residents to take part in a survey about issues like recycling, cleanliness and beautification. The city is conducting an online survey as part of the “McAllen SHINES” initiative.
The initiative is described as a way to promote a cleaner and more vibrant community by encouraging residents, businesses and city departments to take pride in maintaining their surroundings. The survey will be available through December 15th.
