The Asthma and Allergy Foundation of America is out with their annual ranking of what they call “Allergy Capitols,” and not a single Texas city made the top ten.
Hannah Jaffe says that just means the rest of the country is catching up to the pollen counts that we see here. Their rankings look at pollen counts, over-the-counter allergy medicine use and the number of allergy doctors.
Dallas is the highest-ranking Texas city at number 13. Houston was 26. And San Antonio was all the way down at number 37
