By There’s some good news and some bad news for Texas drivers. Insurance rates are going up but not as much as last year.
Rich Johnson with the Insurance Council of Texas says the annual cost of full-coverage car insurance in Texas is projected to reach 28-hundred bucks this year. That’s about a six-percent increase, compared to last year.
