Officials are identifying human remains found inside the SUV at the site of the Deer Park pipeline explosion.  The Harris County Medical Examiner’s Office Monday identified the driver as 51-year-old Jonathan McEvoy of Deer Park.

City officials say the SUV crashed through a fence on Spencer Highway two weeks ago, hitting an above-ground pipeline valve that sparked an enormous fire that burned for three days.  McEvoy’s relatives say the man had experienced some health issues prior to the accident.
