The House has voted to censure the Texas Democrat who disrupted President Trump’s joint address to Congress.

During the speech Tuesday night, Congressman Al Green stood in the aisle of the House chamber and waved his cane at the president. He continued his protest despite being warned that he’d be removed if he didn’t sit down. When Green continued his protest, House Speaker Mike Johnson told the House Sergeant at Arms to escort him from the chamber.

After the vote, some Democrats joined Green in singing in the chamber after Johnson announced the censure.
