By There are new details in the investigation into a house explosion that rocked an Austin neighborhood.
The Travis County Fire Marshal says the final report will show that there was a “substantial propane gas leak.” He says there are no suspicious or criminal circumstances that factored in to the explosion. At least six people were hurt, and two-dozen homes were damaged, when the house exploded on April 13th.
