By The Hidalgo County Community Service Agency has opened the application window for its Access to Success program. The program is designed to help eligible county residents transition out of poverty by enhancing their employment opportunities.
Incentives include tuition and professional training assistance and help with expenses such as gas, uniforms, books and supplies. More information is available on the Community Service Agency’s website.
