A teen has died after a hit-and-crash in San Benito. The Texas Department of Public Safety says 15-year-old Kayden Schwartz of Harlingen died early Sunday on FM 1846 near County Road 578.
Investigators say Schwartz was riding his bike when he was struck from behind by a vehicle. He died before he could be taken to the hospital. The suspect vehicle is described as a late-model Ford pickup with possible right-side damage.
