There’s a meeting today between President Trump and Texas Governor Greg Abbott. A spokesman says they’re talking border security.
Earlier today, the governor met with “border czar” Tom Homan about immigration enforcement strategies. This comes as the state’s republican leadership is backing a plan to spend another six-and-a-half million dollars on border security over the next two years. That would support mass deportation efforts.
