The husband of Denton County Commissioner Bobby Mitchell has been killed in an attack. She was also injured in the stabbing, which happened at their suburban Dallas home.
The Lewisville Police Department says they arrested the pair’s grandson. Court papers show that 23-year-old Mitchell Reinacher is charged with murder. Lewisville Mayor T-J Gilmore says that Commissioner Mitchell is out of surgery and is expected to fully recover.
