Two men are facing 19 charges for allegedly stealing multiple vehicles in the Edinburg area. Edgar Olguin and Jonathan Moreno were arraigned yesterday on charges including burglary of a vehicle and felony auto theft.
Investigators believe the two were involved in more than a dozen vehicle break-ins. They are being held on 325-thousand-dollars bond.
