The Trump administration is asking the Supreme Court to allow deportations to continue under the Alien Enemies Act.
The move comes after the high court temporarily blocked such removals in a weekend ruling based on an emergency request by the A-C-L-U.
The Department of Justice is asking the Supreme Court to reverse its order which bars the administration from deporting Venezuelans while litigation over the issue continues.
