The U-S Supreme Court is expected to rule soon on whether the Trump Administration can use the Alien Enemies Act for deportations. It’s something that Texas Democratic Congressman Joaquin Castro brought up at a hearing with the head of the CIA. He said that the Act can only be used if the United States is at war with a country.
