Republican Congresswoman Monica De La Cruz says President Trump shares her concerns over the water situation in South Texas.
De La Cruz met with the President at the White House last week. The congresswoman says they talked about Mexico’s refusal to live up to its water obligations under a 1944 treaty with the United States.
De La Cruz said Trump is committed to holding the Mexican government accountable for not delivering the water owed to Texas.
