A former Customs Agent in Texas is waking up in federal prison. Omar Moreno was convicted of taking bribes from the Mexican cartels. He was allowing illegal immigrants to pass through a checkpoint near El Paso.
At trial, federal investigators said he was being paid four-thousand-dollars a person. Moreno was fired and sentenced to spend about four years behind bars.
