A driver who was injured in an 18-vehicle crash in Austin that killed five and injured eleven has filed a 100 million dollar lawsuit. It targets Amazon, a trucking company and the driver who police say caused the crash.
Solomun Weldekeal-Araya was arrested and charged with five counts of intoxication manslaughter with a vehicle and two counts of intoxication assault with vehicle involving serious bodily injury.
