The makers of the popular game Cards Against Humanity are suing Elon Musk’s SpaceX company for 15-million-dollars.

In a new lawsuit filed in a Texas court, Cards Against Humanity says SpaceX has trespassed and damaged a plot of land the company owns near the Mexican border. The game-makers claim SpaceX, which has acquired other plots of land near theirs, used their property to store construction materials and leave debris.

Cards Against Humanity purchased the land back in 2017 in what they called a stunt to oppose Donald Trump’s efforts to build a border wall.
