Texas Governor Greg Abbott is unveiling a new border strategy. The governor announced Thursday that billboards are being posted in Mexico and Central America warning not only of the consequences for those caught crossing into Texas, but also the risk of sexual assault against women and children.

Abbott said they’ll be in Spanish, but some will also be in Chinese, Russian and Arabic. He called it “tough medicine.”
