By Austin is opening its cold weather shelters. The city’s shelters will be available to anyone who needs a warm place to stay until Thursday.
Registration for the shelters will be available between 6 and 8 p.m. each day at the One Texas Center on Barton Springs Road at South First Street. Anyone who needs to take a bus to the location will not have to pay the fare.
