The Texas Attorney General is, once again, suing the city of Dallas over a gun ban. Ken Paxton says, this time, he is targeting both the Majestic Theater and the music hall at Fair Park.
Dallas leases both event centers to outside groups, which block concealed carry permit holders from packing heat. Last year, Paxton sued over a similar ban at the State Fair of Texas. A judge ruled against him.
