Registered sex offenders in Texas may soon get a permanent mark on their driver’s license.
State Representative Eddie Morales says this is not about public shaming. He says if a cop pulls over a car and sees an adult with a child, this mark on the license can help them stop human trafficking.
Nine other states, including Florida and Arizona, have similar policies that have been upheld in the courts
