By An overheated generator is being blamed for a fire at a Coast Guard facility on South Padre Island. The fire was reported Sunday morning at the building on Wallace L. Reed Road.
The Coast Guard said swift action by local fire departments kept the fire confined to a section of the building. No one was injured by the fire.
