Junior High School Student Arrested For Threats In Elsa

A Hidalgo County student is facing charges after allegedly making threats against a school.

Police in Elsa arrested the unidentified 13-year-old student yesterday. Investigators say the student made several shooting threats at Truan Junior High School last week.

The student was sent to the Hidalgo County Juvenile Detention Center on charges of making a terroristic threat.
