Fire Displaces 32, Kills Four Animals

Dozens of people are displaced and four animals are dead after a structure fire in east Austin. The blaze started in the 6800 block of Wentworth Drive and spread to three separate buildings.

The fire was eventually extinguished, but one firefighter was injured. Officials say 32 people were displaced, while three dogs and a cat were killed. The cause was determined to be a barbecue pit.
