A woman has been charged with homicide after a deadly crash in Pharr. A motorcycle rider died after a crash on the North 281 Frontage Road on March 6th.
Investigators say 27-year-old Karla De Leon of Progreso ran a red light, causing her to hit and kill the rider. She was arraigned Thursday and charged with criminal negligence homicide. Her bond was set at five-thousand dollars.
