A teenager from the San Antonio area is now on the Texas Department of Public Safety’s list of the state’s ten most wanted fugitives.

The DPS added 18-year-old Joseph Joshua Harris of Converse to the list on Tuesday. Selma police say Harris got into a shootout late last month with three 17-year-olds who were trying to rob him of his gun. An unarmed man who was with the teens was shot and killed.

Harris and the other teens are all charged with capital murder. Harris is the only one who hasn’t been arrested.
