An Edinburg man has been arrested for murder after the death of his brother. Hidalgo County deputies were called to the 15-hundred block of Monte Bello Lane around 11:30 p.m. on Friday.
Investigators say 21-year-old David Flores admitted to shooting his brother Gilberto during an argument. Flores’ brother died after being taken to the hospital. Flores was initially charged with aggravated assault, but those charges were upgraded following his brother’s death.
