By The White House says a peace deal in Ukraine could happen soon. Press secretary Karoline Leavitt said “the president is very confident we can get it done this week.”
Speaking to reporters Saturday, Leavitt added that Trump’s team is focused on negotiations.
French President Emmanuel Macron and British Prime Minister Keir Starmer are both scheduled to arrive in the U.S. this week for separate meeting with President Trump at the White House.
