A special ed teacher at San Antonio’s Taft High, who was fired for allegedly punching an autistic student in the face, is under arrest. Adam Verastegui is charged with injury to a disabled individual.
The incident was apparently caught on security cameras. The arrest report shows the victim had “some redness” on his chin.
