A measles outbreak in Texas is getting worse. There are now two-dozen cases near Lubbock, many involving unvaccinated children.

Dr. Jason Bowling at the University of Texas Health System says this is all linked to declining vaccination rates.

The outbreak is centered in a small, West Texas county that has one of the highest rates of vaccine exemptions in the state. Health officials there have set up a drive-through clinic.
