A third federal judge has blocked President Trump’s executive order ending birthright citizenship. That’s not stopping republicans from backing legislation that would deny rights to the children of illegal immigrants.
Texas Congressman Brian Babin wants to define what the 14th Amendment means. Nine lawsuits have been filed, so far, challenging Trump’s birthright citizenship order. Lawyers with the ACLU argue that it “attempts to upend one of the most fundamental American constitutional values.”
