The FBI has reportedly complied with the Justice Department’s demand to turn over a list of workers who investigated Capitol riot cases.
According to multiple reports, the agency handed over agent and personnel information to DOJ leadership on Tuesday afternoon that included titles and employee ID numbers of five-thousand people. This comes as agents filed a lawsuit earlier this week against the DOJ.
The agents said the list would be used as part of a retaliation campaign against them. Some prosecutors and FBI officials have already been fired.
