Mexico has agreed to send ten-thousand troops to their northern border, as a way to address drug trafficking. Congressman Henry Cuellar says it’s already working.
The Texas border democrat says, yesterday, Mexican authorities captured a drug cartel leader who went by “El Ricky.” He says, last year, Mexico had 34-thousand immigration agents guarding their southern border. Some, he says, have been shifted north.
