A murder suspect is in custody and has an ICE detainer for being in the country illegally.
San Antonio police said responded on Saturday to the reported stabbing on Felisa Street near Roosevelt Avenue. Officers found an 81-year-old man stabbed to death. Investigators say 26-year-old Alberto Ferrer Cabrera told them he had killed the victim, who was his significant other.
Police arrested Ferrer Cabrera for murder and illegal entry from a foreign nation. So far there’s no indication for what led to the stabbing.
