Attorneys General from nearly two-dozen states are suing to block President’s Trump’s executive order, ending birthright citizenship. Congressman Chip Roy thinks they’ll lose.

The Texas Republican spoke out in favor of the immigration policy, today, on Capitol Hill. The president’s opponents argue that birthright citizenship is enshrined in the Constitution and neither the president nor Congress can change that. They called this week’s executive order “extraordinary and extreme.”
