Two suspects are in custody after a standoff in Pharr yesterday. The Texas Department of Public Safety says a vehicle drove away from a traffic stop initiated by a state trooper. The vehicle eventually stopped in the 11-hundred block of East Juarez Avenue.
The driver initially refused to surrender but was eventually taken into custody. DPS has not released the names of the two suspects arrested.
