More than one mile of border wall has been built on property that was bought by the General Land Office in Texas just three months ago.
Commissioner Dawn Buckingham says, while the fencing is in place, the technology is coming. That includes cameras and sensors. And, she says it shows what can be done on the border when there is the political will.
