The embattled Texas power grid survived one arctic blast this month and another is on the way. No problems are expected but experts say it’s too early for state leaders to claim victory.

Tom Overbye at the Smart Grid Center says there is massive growth in both the population and the number of businesses that are moving here. So, while the grid is good now, he says it needs to add more generation to keep up with what’s coming.
