By Texas Governor Greg Abbott wants the president of Texas A&M to be fired. There are reports that the school violated a newly-passed DEI ban.
Conservative activists published a letter, penned by a dean of the Business school, inviting some students and staff to attend a conference run by a group called The PhD Project. It’s limited to minorities.
School President Mark Welsh said in a statement that the university “will continue to honor both the letter and intent of the law.”
